Return and Refund Policy

At Wardell Furniture Co, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Your Right to Cancel In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at sonya@wardellfurniture.co.uk.

Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Return Delivery As we deliver larger furniture items ourselves, we will arrange collection of any returned items. Please note that the cost of return delivery is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Bespoke or Made-to-Order Items Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items are exempt from the standard right to cancel.
