Standard Return Policy

  • Eligible Products: All products, excluding bespoke, handmade furniture, are eligible for return.
  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging. Products that have been assembled, used, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for a return or may incur a restocking fee.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@wardellfurniture.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Bespoke Furniture Return Policy

Due to the personalized nature of bespoke, handmade furniture, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage customers to review all order details and provide final approval before production begins to ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Exceptions:

  • If your bespoke furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can address the issue. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the affected item, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@wardellfurniture.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For defective or damaged products, Wardell Furniture will cover the return shipping costs.
